Almost totaly worthless. You can download better software for free so do not order this for the disk. This type of phone works best with a Blue Tooth Dongle. You must also go to the service provider and ask them to unlock the phone (after the 30 day return option has expired) so you can get into it.

complete wast of money, software does not regognise LG CU400 cell phone, does no allow for downloading to computer. Computer does not regagnise the cellphone.
