USB Data cable kit. Ok. Its a cable. It fits. I don't have to use a hammer or anything to plug the phone in and the USB end is fine. It fits the USB ports on my computer. I assume this is the right cable. However, there are no drivers or software for either of my phones. (LG C1300 and C1500) They are listed in the description. But nothing on the CD indicates its actually to be used with these phones. You can buy the software on the internet for $35.00 and up but its not on the CD. I have to say I'm VERY disappointed. The website for ecitywireless is broken. Dead links and no support at all. Its a great price if it worked. Since it doesn't work, this kit is a waste of money.

too complicated to figure out how to use it. CD will not load on my computer. This is useless to me.

This USB cable is suposed to make it possible for you to upload, download, charge your phone, transfer pictures and everything else except...IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING!!! Your computer recognizes the cable...but not the phone!!! The cable doesn't even have the charge capability, hence making it totally worthless!!!

LG CG 225 is NOT compatible with this product [Posted on 2008-03-20]
I bought this product to use with the LG CG225 from Tracfone. It was listed on the discription, but when I installed the software the phone was NOT listed in compatible dropdown list. Needless to say that this product does NOT recognise or support the LG CG225 even though the cable fits nicely and the software is easy to install.

this is a piece of junk. it doesn't work with the lg phones. waste of money!!!
