I have just purchased this product. It arrived very quickly and it includes all parts, though no instructions are provided.
I would rate this product OK, but not great. The cradle contacts are "hit or miss" and the cradle in general looks a bit flimsy. I won't be surprised if it stops working in a few weeks. But it does work now.
Beware of the "travel charger" - it is provided only with a U.S. type plug - no adaptors for international travel. In my view, a travel charger should be supplied with adaptors. After all, this is a business phone.
No comments on the other parts. The stereo headphones are OK, but probably nothing special judging from the music quality. They don't have a volume adapter, you have to adjust the volume on your phone.
