Great battery for the price! [Posted on 2008-02-18] I actually bought this standard battery by accident and meant to buy the extended battery. The price was so cheap it was next to no lose since it worked regardless.
4 stars for not including a back panel of which most other 'extended' batteries include for the same price.
Cell Phone replacement battery purchase [Posted on 2008-04-28] I ordered a replacement cell phone battery from Amazon bcause the cell phone store wanted to charge a lot more. I placed the order and was told it would arrive within a short time. I was given a tracking number and followed the progress. The item left California same day as ordered, and was sent to Pennsylvania, quite a bit east of me in northwestern Ohio. Then it was sent to another part of eastern Ohio, and finally to my post office in northwestern Ohio, where I picked it up. It took ONE DAY LONGER than the maximum time promised by the seller. The item was in good condition when received.
I have since then ordered a book from Amazon which was sent regular mail without tracking. The book arrived in the MINIMUM time promised, so I am thinking sending via tracking needlessly delays shipments and annoys those waiting patiently for items that take longer than necessary to deliver.
new cell phone battery [Posted on 2008-07-20] I have an old cell phone, a kyocera candid and was unable to find a new
battery for it until I checked Amazon.com. Not only did I find one, but
the price was excellent. Thank you!
This is not the real thing! [Posted on 2008-10-14] I ordered this battery thinking it was as described; however, as soon as I inserted it, my phone identified that it was not a genuine Kyocera battery and refused to charge it. I returned it and they did give me credit for the battery itself, but I was still out S&H both ways.
