Its been almost four year since i got my first cellphone and from beginning i am cingular user and never had any problem. I love cingular, and yea thanks for bringing iphone to us .

i've had cingular/at+t service for the past several years, and have never had a problem with coverage or data speed. they do what they say.

Was surprised at extra charges which increased cost from $39 a month to $124 plus activing fee to total of $175 !

My experience with Cingular/ATT has been just great. Reception is good in most areas. You have to expect dead zones. Any dispute has been handled professionally and to my satisfaction. Disputed charges have been removed even though they probably could have easily enforced them. Maybe the negative reviewers weren't polite when talking to customer service. I've found that being very polite gets much better response that being angry or rude.

Rollover 450.. Ive never gone over in over a year. I've probably got 1000 saved minutes so I need to get talking. This plan has been the best part of the 2-year agreement and my phone.
